Full details: Sepang 1000KM Endurance Race 2026 (S1K) event guide
The Sepang 1000KM Endurance Race returns to Petronas Sepang International Circuit from Wednesday 18 to Sunday 22 November 2026. Malaysia’s annual four-wheel endurance race covers about 172 laps over roughly nine hours and serves as the finale of the circuit’s national championship calendar. The event has run annually since 2009 and draws teams from neighbouring countries including Australia and Japan.
What to expect
The programme centres on the 1,000km race itself, a single marathon session that decides the national championship. Support categories and track activities for the wider race week are listed on the official event calendar at sepangcircuit.com. Gates and session times for each day will be published by the organiser closer to the event.
Tickets and how to attend
Tickets are sold only through the Sepang International Circuit shop at shop.sepangcircuit.com. The organiser warns that resale and unofficial tickets may be refused at the gate. No prices are published on the official sources; check the shop for current categories and availability. Entry rules and any age restrictions will be detailed on the ticketing page.
Getting there
By car or Grab the journey from central Kuala Lumpur takes about one hour, though traffic on race day will be much heavier so leave early. By train, take the KLIA Ekspres from KL Sentral to KLIA in 28 minutes, then a taxi or any official race-day shuttle to the circuit. Shuttle details are posted on the circuit’s website. Group transfers can be arranged on request.
