The Sepang 12 Hours returns to the Petronas Sepang International Circuit from Friday 27 to Sunday 29 November 2026. A twelve-hour GT and touring-car endurance race, it is paired with the Shanghai 8 Hours as a two-race Asian endurance programme called Shanghai 8 + Sepang 12. The Shanghai round runs 25 to 27 September 2026. Class lineup and regulations are still to be confirmed by organisers.
What to expect
Twelve hours of continuous racing across day and night. The event runs as part of a linked Asian endurance programme with the Shanghai 8 Hours. Organisers have not yet confirmed the class structure or sporting regulations. The circuit hosts the Malaysian MotoGP each year and the same grandstands and paddock facilities will be in use.

Getting there
By car or Grab the trip from central Kuala Lumpur takes about one hour in normal traffic. Race-day congestion will make it much longer so leave early. By train, take the KLIA Ekspres from KL Sentral to KLIA in 28 minutes then catch a taxi or an official race-day shuttle to the circuit. The circuit website will post shuttle details closer to the weekend. Group transfers can be arranged on request.
Where to stay

The newly renovated 4-star hotel is about 15 minutes’ walk from the Petronas Twin Towers, with Bukit Bintang’s food streets close by.
